Traditionally, on hearing of our activities, one would compose an open letter and circulate it among known initiates, or else one could publish in a public forum such as a newspaper his letter. It would, of course, be subtly encoded so as not to arouse suspicion, Within these pages there is documentation of such things, but these are only available to higher level initiates in our Restricted Access section.
